Registration

The 69th Annual Meeting of the Japanese College of Rheumatology and Annual Course Lectures (ACL) will be held on-site only.

Please register your participation via the registration system before visiting the venue.

  • Pre-Registration: Friday, February 14, 2025, noon - Thursday, April 17, 2025, 5:00 p.m. (JST)
  • Standard Registration: Friday, April 18, 2025, noon - Saturday, April 26, 2025, 4:25 p.m. (JST)

*After 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, the Standard fee will be applied.

*Registration categories should be your status as of April 24, 2025.

*Allied Health Professionals (except for JCR members) and Students are required to upload their identification certificate or its equivalent formal document (PDF/JPG/PNG/GIF) when they register.

*Registration is required for all participants, including graduate student.

Registration Card (Name Badge)

Please check in at the registration desk at 1F of Fukuoka International Congress Center and receive a Registration Card (name badge). Please wear your name badge inside the venue.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation deadline is Monday, April 21, 2025, at noon (JST).
10% of your total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

* No cancellation is accepted after April 21, 2025 (noon).
* Transfer fee might be charged separately.

Participation Certificate

Participation Certificate will be issued at the Registration Desk upon check in.

Receipt

If you need a receipt for the registration, you can download it on your account page until May 30, 2025, noon.

*Receipts cannot be issued after the above period.
